Summer Billing Dates

The University at Buffalo no longer sends out paper tuition bills. Students will receive an electronic billing statement (eBill). University eBill notifications will be sent to your email address after 4:45 p.m. EST on the billing date. The navigation to your eBill will be provided in the email. It is your responsibility to check your UB email. Failure to view your eBill will not be accepted as a reason to waive the late payment fee.

eBills do not change when activity occurs AFTER the eBill is posted. New activity details will be available on the “Account Inquiry” screen in your HUB Student Center.

The dates below represent when billing statements will be generated for any unpaid balances or additional activity since the last billing. Payment is due in full by the first due date. All payments must be posted by 6:00 p.m. (EST) on a payment due date. If you do not pay the balance owed, you will receive a late fee. Subsequent bills will be generated if you have any additional activity on your account.
