Spring Billing Dates

Students will receive up to five eBills during the spring term. An email containing the navigation to your eBill will be sent to your @buffalo.edu email address after 4:00 p.m. EST on the billing date. You may view your current account activity in your HUB Student Center.

eBills do not change when activity occurs AFTER the eBill is posted. New activity details will be available on the “Account Inquiry” screen in your HUB Student Center.

Payment is due in full by the first due date. If you do not pay the balance owed, you will receive a late fee. All payments must be posted by 6:00 p.m. (EST) on a payment due date. Subsequent bills will be generated if you have any additional activity on your account.

Late Registration Fee

Continuing students are required to maintain their enrollment each term. Students who are not registered for at least 1 course for credit on December 18, 2016 will be charged a $40 late registration fee. This is non-negotiable and must be paid.

All new students should be registered by the first day of classes for the term. A $40 late registration fee will be charged to any student who is not registered on the first day of classes, but who subsequently registers. This fee will apply to all students including those who receive late admission to the university.

Note: The last day for new UB students to enroll for the Spring 2017 term without a $40 late registration fee is January 29, 2017.
